The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the information provided and explained in the ordering process Use correction aids. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit the order.
When the contract with us comes into effect depends on the payment method you choose (see 5. on payment).

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions by email. You can view and download the terms and conditions here on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login.

We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
- PAYMENT METHOD
We offer you the following payment methods: Choose the one that suits you best:

The prices stated in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including applicable taxes such as: B. VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may arise in individual cases, which, however, are not payable to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. Delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; They can be found on the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately in the ordering process and are at your expense.
- Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
- Transport damage
If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report these defects to the transport company as quickly as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal rights and their enforcement, in particular for your warranty claims. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

With regard to the warranty, the provisions of statutory liability for defects apply, unless otherwise agreed in these General Terms and Conditions.
- Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the laws on the international purchase of movable property. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.
